In case of a lost or stolen debit card, please call 800-472-3272.

FRAUD ALERT – Text Message Scam

eCO Credit Union does not ask members for personal information. Any member who receives a text message from eCO Credit Union that requests account information should consider it a fraudulent attempt to obtain their personal account data for an illegal purpose and should not follow the instructions in the text message.  If you receive a text message of this type, it should be deleted and removed. 

This scam could be used to obtain personally identifiable information and financial account access information. Please notify eCO Credit Union immediately if you receive one of these text messages and responded to it by providing personal account data, such as a PIN number.
