Every year, ēCO Credit Union sets expectations for the six branch locations to deliver excellent service to our members. Throughout the branches, there is always one branch that exceeds expectations and provides outstanding service to the members we are so honored to serve. It is our honor to announce that the recipient of prestigious 2023 Branch of the Year award is the Gardendale branch. Gardendale’s accomplishments, contributions, and high level of member service is emblematic of what ēCO Credit Union stands for. Under the leadership of Branch Manager, Kathryn Johnson, the Gardendale branch increased member activity during the last 12-months to repeat as Branch of the Year recipients (2022, 2023).
“Congratulations to Kathryn, Jessie, Kristan & Kimberly! This makes two in a row and third overall,“ says COO Jeffrey Jones. “A special thank you to each and every branch. Your contributions led to another successful year. We are excited and cannot wait to see what we accomplish together in 2024!“ continued Mr. Jones.
ēCO surprised the Gardendale branch last Friday to notify them of their accomplishment and to join in celebration. “I was shocked,” said Branch Manager Kathryn Johnson.” It is rewarding when we worked so hard all year and then to learn we won. This is not just how I feel, but how we all feel,” she added.
