This system upgrade is an important investment in the future of ēCO Credit Union. By transitioning to a newer core system, we are enhancing the technology that supports our operations and member services.

The upgrade will provide a stronger, more reliable, and more efficient foundation for serving our members today while also positioning us to deliver new products, services, and innovations in the future. It will improve our ability to meet evolving member needs, enhance the overall banking experience, and ensure we continue providing the level of service our members expect.

This investment reflects our commitment to making banking with ēCO Credit Union more secure, convenient, and efficient for years to come.

A system upgrade is the process of improving the core technology that powers our services. This upgrade will improve performance, strengthen security, and provide a better overall member experience.

ēCO Credit Union will be closed on Thursday, October 1, 2026, and Friday, October 2, 2026, to allow for the system upgrade and conversion process.

We will resume normal business hours on Monday, October 5, 2026.

We encourage members to plan ahead for any in-person banking needs.

This system upgrade is an investment in the future of ēCO Credit Union and will provide members with a more modern, secure, and convenient banking experience. Benefits include:

  • A brand-new Online Banking and Mobile App platform
  • Improved technology for a faster, more reliable digital experience
  • Enhanced security features to help protect your accounts and personal information
  • Greater efficiency and convenience when managing your finances
  • A stronger foundation for introducing new products, services, and features in the future

Our goal is to make banking with ēCO Credit Union easier, more convenient, and better than ever while continuing to meet the evolving needs of our members.

If you are enrolled in eStatements, we recommend downloading and saving copies of your previous statements for your records. You may also want to print or save your recent account history and keep a record of any transactions made during the conversion weekend. This information may be helpful, as balance inquiries and certain account services will be unavailable during the scheduled downtime.

In addition, please note that you are welcome to come into any branch at any time, during our normal business hours, for assistance.

Our core system upgrade will allow ēCO Credit Union to operate more efficiently while providing enhanced features and services for our members. As part of this conversion, some services will be temporarily unavailable.

Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Teller Services will be unavailable from 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, until 8:00 a.m. on Monday, October 5, 2026.

Your debit card will continue to work during the conversion, although temporary transaction limits or processing restrictions may apply.
