System Upgrade Updates

Latest Update - October 5, 2026: New App Temporarily Unavailable in the Apple App Store

Our new mobile app is temporarily unavailable in the Apple App Store as we work with Apple in the release process. We expect it to be available again soon. Once available, you can download it using the link below:

We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.

September 25, 2026: Zelle Access Temporarily Unavailable

Zelle is currently impacted by yesterday’s Bill Pay announcement. Because Zelle is connected to our Bill Pay service provider, its availability is temporarily affected during this transition. This is directly related to the upcoming upgrades.

September 24, 2026: Bill Pay Access Temporarily Unavailable

Bill Pay access has been removed from the ēCO Mobile App and Virtual Branch as part of our system upgrade process.

The good news is that any payments already scheduled through September 30 will continue to process normally, and payments scheduled after September 30 should already be established within our new Bill Pay platform. We do not anticipate any interruption to scheduled payments.

Please note: Members will be unable to add, edit, review, or manage Bill Pay payments until the new Bill Pay system becomes available on October 5. Please contact your local branch to review or modify any scheduled payments.

The upgrade will provide a stronger, more reliable, and more efficient foundation for serving our members today while also positioning us to deliver new products, services, and innovations in the future. It will improve our ability to meet evolving member needs, enhance the overall banking experience, and ensure we continue providing the level of service our members expect.

This investment reflects our commitment to making banking with ēCO Credit Union more secure, convenient, and efficient for years to come.

A system upgrade is the process of improving the core technology that powers our services. This upgrade will improve performance, strengthen security, and provide a better overall member experience.

ēCO Credit Union will be closed on Thursday, October 1, 2026, and Friday, October 2, 2026, to allow for the system upgrade and conversion process.

We will resume normal business hours on Monday, October 5, 2026.

We encourage members to plan ahead for any in-person banking needs.

  • Improved technology for a faster, more reliable digital experience
  • Enhanced security features to help protect your accounts and personal information
  • Greater efficiency and convenience when managing your finances
  • A stronger foundation for introducing new products, services, and features in the future

Our goal is to make banking with ēCO Credit Union easier, more convenient, and better than ever while continuing to meet the evolving needs of our members.

In addition, please note that you are welcome to come into any branch at any time, during our normal business hours, for assistance.
