At eCO, we feel the sooner you learn good money habits, the better! We offer a variety of products and services to help our youth members prepare for a successful financial future!
eCO’s Kirby Kangaroo Club is designed for kids from birth to twelve years old. The savings account earns competitive dividends while teaching kids the importance of saving for the future. With access to an educational website and a quarterly newsletter, the account gives kids fun ways to learn about money.

The CU Succeed Club is a savings account designed to meet the growing needs of teenagers. The educational website includes resources and lessons on saving, budgeting, cars, college, credit, and more to help your teen learn more about money management.
In an effort to grow with your teen, they are eligible to apply for a checking account with a debit card at 16.

At eCO Credit Union, it pays to make the grade.
We don’t stop at quality Club Savings Accounts—we also provide a special education incentive to encourage and reward good grades. When a Kirby Kangaroo or CU Succeed Account holder brings in his or her all A and B report card, we deposit $5 in their savings account!
Report cards can be brought to any eCO branch each nine weeks—giving the account holder the opportunity to earn up to $20 per year.
To reward savings, the first $1,000* in a child or teen’s Club Account will earn 2%! Saving money never looked so cool!
- Balances over $1,000 will earn dividends according to eCO’s Basic Share Tier Rate.
- Kirby Kangaroo and CU Succeed Account Dividend Information: Dividends will be calculated based on the balance at the time of dividend postings.
