A Message to our Members


Dear Member,

Amid growing concerns about Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to reassure you that we are monitoring developments and taking the situation very seriously. The health and safety of our members and employees are of utmost importance to us. We are monitoring and will follow guidance from the Center for Disease Control and Alabama Department of Public Health.

At this time, it is business as usual. Our branches remain open, and we are here to serve you. However, should you choose to distance yourself from others, we would like to make you aware of ways to access your ēCO account without entering a branch:

  • Use the drive-thru or night drop. Avoiding the branch lobbies helps to practice social distancing and avoid unnecessary contact. Please note, deposits left in the night drop will be processed the next business day.
  • Use ēCO Virtual Branch or ēCO Mobile. ēCO is proud to provide easy to use online services that allow you to access your account without ever stepping foot in a branch. Through ēCO Mobile, you can even remotely deposit a check. If you haven’t already set up your account for online access, I encourage you to go ahead and set it up.
  • Use a Co-Op Network ATM. As a member of ēCO, you have access to almost 30,000 ATMs through the Co-Op Network. Access your money surcharge free at any in-network ATM. I urge you to go ahead and find ATMs that are convenient to your home or office.
  • Apply online for loans or additional accounts. Through ēCO’s website, you can start the process to apply for a variety of accounts or loans.

If you are sick, we urge you to use the services listed above and avoid entering a branch.

We will continue to monitor the situation and use ēCO’s website, email, and social media to keep members informed. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to keep our employees, members, and communities safe and healthy.
