We are thrilled to announce that the 2024 Branch of the Year award goes to the McCalla Branch. This branch’s remarkable achievements, contributions, and exemplary member service truly embody the values of ēCO Credit Union.
Under the dynamic leadership of Branch Manager, Je’Nae Washington, the McCalla branch has not only outperformed key metrics but also significantly boosted membership activity. This incredible achievement has earned them the prestigious Branch of the Year award for the first time since 2019.
“Congratulations to Je’Nae, Lexey, Morgan, and Tiffany! This is the first time McCalla has won since 2019! Now I understand McCalla is going for a repeat,” says COO Jeff Jones. “Good luck to each and every branch as we enter 2025. Your efforts and contributions led to another successful year. I’m excited to see what successes 2025 brings,” added COO Jeff Jones.
Last Wednesday, ēCO Credit Union surprised the McCalla branch with the announcement of their accomplishment. “Receiving Branch of Year for 2024 is awesome! I am overwhelmed with joy and excitement. I have a great team of women,” said Branch Manager Washington. “I’m so appreciative of my team’s hard work and dedication. Also, I want to say thank you to all the wonderful members of eCO Credit Union. This wouldn’t have been possible without everyone’s love and support,” Washington added.
