Every year ēCO employees participate in annual training to ensure our commitment to providing exceptional financial services and assistance is met. This year, ēCO hosted their annual training at Birmingham’s Topgolf. At this training, employees gained more knowledge and clarification on procedures and policies to best deliver a great experience for our members.
Utilizing the President’s Day holiday, employees from all six branches gathered at Topgolf to receive training and be officially recognized for their achievements and milestones met throughout the year. Among those recipients were:
- Katie Benge – Ten Years of Service
- Lexey Stracener – Five Years of Service
- Courtney McDowell – Three Years of Service
- Carol Garrison – Three Years of Service
- Isaiah Young – Three Years of Service
- Gardendale – 2022 Branch of the Year
We want to acknowledge these achievements and milestones once again as their commitment to service is appreciated by not only ēCO, but the members and community served.
After training was concluded, employees enjoyed some Topgolf fun. Employees had the chance to fellowship with each other and put names to faces they normally do not see every day. There were plenty of fun, laughs, and a little competition for the staff to participate in.
Congratulations to the winner, Anna Lockett, on being named ēCO’s 2023 Topgolf Champion.
