As ēCO Credit Union prioritizes the health and safety of our members and staff, we will temporarily limit our branch access to drive-thru only beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, March 16.

You can access your account through the drive-thru between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. at the following locations:

Alabaster- 791 Fourth Place SW
Clay- 2430 Old Springville Road
Gardendale- 1233 Pecan Avenue
McCalla- 4821 McAdory School Road
Riverchase- 3746 Lorna Road

*ēCO’s Homewood Branch is closed until April 6, as it is located inside the Jefferson County Board of Education.

Due to Co-Op Shared Branch rules, we will be not be able to perform Shared Branch transactions for other credit unions during this time.

We also want to remind you of other ways to access your ēCO account:

  • Use ēCO Virtual Branch or ēCO Mobile. ēCO is proud to provide easy to use online services that allow you to access your account without ever stepping foot in a branch. Through ēCO Mobile, you can even remotely deposit a check. If you haven’t already set up your account for online access, we encourage you to go ahead and set it up.
  • Use a Co-Op Network ATM. As a member of ēCO, you have access to almost 30,000 ATMs through the Co-Op Network. Access your money surcharge free at any in-network ATM. We urge you to go ahead and find ATMs that are convenient to your home or office.
  • Apply online for loans or additional accounts. Through ēCO’s website, you can start the process to apply for a variety of accounts or loans. We know many members and our community can be facing financial concerns during this time. We are here to help!

We will continue to evaluate and use recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and Alabama Department of Public Health. We are here for you and plan to persevere in our mission to embody the credit union philosophy of people helping people.

I'm proud, as always, that EcoCU thinks of its staff and customers at times like these. I expected no less than your genuine concern for all. Many, many thanks! L.Hatton
