Dear Member,

At ēCO Credit Union, we know for many this trying and uncertain time brings a number of financial concerns. It is during these times the mission of the credit union movement shines. We are people helping people. ēCO exists to serve you and help you in the good times and the bad times.

ēCO has taken steps to follow guidelines set out by the Center for Disease Control and Alabama Department of Public Health. We are committed to remaining open as long as it is deemed safe to do so. If you have a concern about being able to pay a loan due to a missed paycheck, give us a call. If you would like to withdraw some cash, come through a drive-thru or visit a Co-Op Network ATM. We are here to help.

You can access your account through the drive-thru between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. at the following locations:

Alabaster- 791 Fourth Place SW
Clay- 2430 Old Springville Road
Gardendale- 1233 Pecan Avenue
McCalla- 4821 McAdory School Road
Riverchase- 3746 Lorna Road

*ēCO’s Homewood Branch is closed until April 6.

There are a number of other ways to access your account too.

I also want to remind you scammers often take advantage of times of hardship. Always be suspicious of unsolicited emails, texts, and phone calls. Do not give out sensitive information or click links unless they are from a source you trust. ēCO will not text or email you and ask you for account information; in fact, we discourage you from sending your account information through either of these communication methods. Remain vigilant.

I want to close by reminding you ēCO is strong and secure. Thank you for your trust. We will get through this together!

Joey Hand, ēCO CEO
